Returns & Refunds Policy

At CUREFOREVER, we follow strict quality checks before dispatching every order. Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept general returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us, so if something genuinely goes wrong, we’ll be happy to offer a refund in the eligible cases listed below. 

Eligible Conditions for Return:
You can request a return only under the following conditions:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item missing from the order
  • Product received in damaged or leaked condition
  • Product received is expired
Time Limit to Raise a Request:
All return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible.

Payment Transaction Issues:
In rare cases, due to payment partner issues, a transaction or refund reference ID may not be generated. If this happens:

  • If the claim is found valid, we will send you a secure link through which the refund can be claimed. 
Important Notes:
  • Requests without proper proof (images/video/order details) may not be approved.
  • Products must not be used or tampered. (except in damage/leakage cases).
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject requests after verification.
