Online Marketing Head leads online growth, brand visibility, and revenue for a D2C brand by owning performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, and analytics across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Branding
Develop and execute overall brand strategy and positioning
Ensure brand consistency across digital, offline, packaging, and communication
Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns
Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and brand guidelines
Manage influencer, PR, and brand collaborations
Digital Marketing
Own digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, SEO, marketplaces, and social media
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROAS
Plan and manage performance marketing budgets
Monitor campaign performance and optimize funnels
Lead CRM, email, WhatsApp, and remarketing initiatives
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor marketing, performance, content, and design teams
Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
Present marketing reports and growth strategies to leadership
Key Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
Deep understanding of D2C unit economics
Expertise in Shopify / D2C tech stack
Data-driven decision making (GA4, attribution tools)
Leadership & team-building skills
Experience scaling brands from ₹1 Cr to ₹50+ Cr ARR
Ideal Background
8–15+ years in D2C / eCommerce / consumer brands
Proven experience in scaling performance marketing
Prior experience as Performance Lead / Growth Manager
